LAS VEGAS CLUB CRAWL

FAQ's

We have three types of crawls we run in Las Vegas: Las Vegas club crawl, Las Vegas pool crawl, and our Fremont Street bar crawl.

A club crawl is a fun, easy and organized way to see some of the best venues in Vegas. The crawl starts when you check in with our professional party hosts at the first venue, where you will receive a wristband and kick off the start to the night with drink specials, party games (at most venues), and get to know fellow guests! From there your party guide will lead you to each of the venues on the line up, with VIP entry, no cover charges, and at least 1 party bus ride!

A Fremont Street bar crawl is similar to a club crawl, just bars and not nightclubs. Our Fremont Street bar crawl shows you where it all started, the old Vegas Strip, home to vintage Vegas delights and a bustling nightlife scene. You can stay on Fremont and do a walking bar crawl, or you have an option to add on a party bus to a final venue on the Vegas Strip AFTER the Fremont crawl!

A pool crawl, which runs seasonally during the summer months, visits the best beach clubs and day clubs in Las Vegas (3 venues total). Receive express, complimentary entry to all venues and at least 1 party bus ride!

Our lineups are posted weekly on our website, as they change from week to week. Meet at the first venue on the lineup at the listed time for the date of your crawl. Please try to arrive within 15 minutes of the crawl starting.

We are required to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by every venue we visit. Dress code is STRICTLY enforced. Venues have the right to deny entry for non-compliance, so please dress to impress!

Most venues we visit play either EDM and dance music or hiphop and top 40’s.

We will normally post the DJ that is performing on our lineups each week. Some of the mega-nightclubs we visit have multiple rooms and offer both EDM rooms and Hip-hop rooms.

A valid (non-expired) Government issued ID showing you are 21+ years or older is required.

Forms of guaranteed accepted IDs are: USA Government issued ID or an International Passport. Photo copies of ID's, expired IDs, Foreign driver’s license and/or military IDs are insufficient.

An Epic Tip: It is always good to have another form of ID with your full name on it like a credit/debit card.

Upon arriving at each venue, your hosts will always let you know where and when to meet.

Additionally, your hosts will do laps around each venue 10 minutes prior to our departure in an attempt to remind as many guests as possible.

For our night crawls, we typically arrive to the final venue around 1am. You are able to stay and party until the venue closes, which is typically 4am! For our pool crawls, we get to the last stop around 3pm, and they normally close around 6pm.

No, all tickets must be purchased in advance.

You may buy from our website or from any of our third party affiliates, however our party hosts are not able to sell tickets at the door. We often sell out, so we suggest you book in advance.

Absolutely!

For Bachelor or Bachelorette parties…. Once 5 people purchase full-price tickets directly from our website, we are happy to issue the guest of honor a complimentary ticket! To redeem, one member of the group would need to call or e-mail our office to redeem the complimentary ticket.

For birthday parties, we can extend the same offer. Birthdays must be within one week of the crawl. (Excluding major holiday weekends or special events).

For groups of 10+ just looking to celebrate life, we are happy to offer group discounts as well. Please contact our office for details at Info@laepicclubcrawls.com.

Hard no!

Although it is legal for recreational use for adults, it is not allowed inside any venues we visit. If security finds you in possession of Marijuana on their property, you will be kicked out for the day, and possibly receive a lifetime ban. All venues take possession of drugs very seriously, and have a zero tolerance policy.

Although we receive great drink specials, and occasionally some free drinks, be sure to bring some spending money for drinks if you plan on drinking. Remember Las Vegas runs on hospitality… hospitality workers survive off tips. Gratuity for your party hosts and bartenders is highly suggested and appreciated. We kindly suggest tipping your team of hosts $10-$20, and $1-2 per drink for your bartenders.
