How a Fremont Street Bar Work

Meet your party hosts at the check-in venue posted on our website for the date of your crawl. Lineups are posted on Tuesday of each week for that upcoming weekend. Meet at the first venue on the lineup at the listed time. Check in will remain open for 20 minutes from the time the crawl starts. Pregame and get to know fellow party-goers, while taking advantage of our fantastic drink specials and drinking games. Your hosts will lead the group to all the epic venues on the lineup, where you will receive free entry and exclusive drink specials at all stops.

Frequently Asked Questions

While dress code on Fremont Street venues is much more relaxed than the strip, you will still want to avoid overly casual-wear, such as sweatpants, hooded sweatshirts, sports jerseys or athletic wear. If you are doing the party bus add on to a final venue on The Strip, you will want to adhere to the dress code rules for Las Vegas nightclubs.

Yes, all venues we visit will require all guests to have a valid, Government ID showing they are at least 21 years old. Photocopies of IDs, military IDs, and expired IDs are not accepted. International IDs may not be accepted, so bringing a passport is highly recommended.
While we encourage all guests to check in at the start so they can experience the entire crawl, we always do our best to accommodate late check-ins. Please note, once we enter nightclub property, we are no longer able to check guests in.
When it comes to tipping in Vegas, it is customary to tip most service workers to show appreciation for their services. It is suggested to tip your team of party hosts between $10 and $20 per guest. This amount can vary depending on the level of service provided and your satisfaction with their assistance throughout the event. In addition to party hosts, it is also common to tip your bartenders. A standard tip for bartenders is $1 to $2 per drink.
Full cash refunds are offered up until 30 days prior to the event. After that, we are happy to give you a credit in the amount you paid if you cancel at least 5 days prior to the event. Once within 5 days of the event, all sales are final.
No you don't! If you are having fun at a venue, you are welcome to stay! Please note that you would not be able to rejoin the crawl at a later time if you stay behind.
Our crawl receives our own express line. We of course still need to go through security checks and ID checks, so there is a very short amount of waiting (typically around 5 minutes), however our entry is significantly faster than GA or Guest list!
Our lineups consist of 3-5 venues.
For our group club crawls, our office team puts together amazing lineups for all of our guests. If you are interested in creating a customized lineup, we do offer private Club Crawls!
