A club crawl is a fun, easy and organized way to see some of the best venues in Downtown Los Angeles and in Hollywood. The crawl starts when you check in with our trained and professional party hosts, where you receive a wristband and kick off the start to the night with drink specials, party games (at most venues), and get to know fellow guests! From there your party guide will lead you to each of the venues on the line up, with VIP entry and no cover charges. When you join a Los Angeles club crawl, be prepared to have an experience of a lifetime.
We have two different crawls we run in the Los Angeles area. One in Downtown Los Angeles and one in Hollywood. They are both great crawls, and are similar events. They just visit different parts of Los Angeles and different venues. Can’t decide which one? Try them both!
The starting time (and location) are always posted on our website for all of our crawls. Our Hollywood crawls typically start at 9pm, and our Downtown Los Angeles crawls typically start at 8:30pm. Although we encourage all guests to arrive at the start of the event to maximize their experience, we do allow guests to check-in as late as 10pm. Check the lineup for our schedule and times, as you might need to meet us at the second venue if you are arriving late.
We are required to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by every venue we visit. Dress code is STRICTLY enforced. Venues have the right to deny entry for non-compliance, so please dress to impress! The dress code for both the Downtown LA and Hollywood club crawl is upscale fashionable attire. Collared shirts and nice jeans are required for men. Cocktail attire with heels for women. No hats, shorts, flip flops, backless women's sandals, men's sandals, sneakers (e.g. Nike, Adidas), athletic wear, ripped or oversized clothing. Most of the venues we visit play hip hop or top 40s, although some may have EDM or latin nights, it all depends on the Dj of the night. Epic Tip: You can always check the venue’s website to see what type of music will be playing that night
A valid (non-expired) Government issued ID showing you are 21+ years or older is required. Forms of guaranteed accepted IDs are: USA Government issued ID or an International Passport.Photo copies of ID's, expired IDs, Foreign driver’s license and/or military IDs are insufficient. An Epic Tip: It is always good to have another form of ID with your full name on it like a credit/debit card.
We highly suggest if you are planning on drinking, please use a rideshare app, like Uber or Lyft. If you are driving, street parking is few and far between, so we suggest taking a parking space for convenience and safety. They typically range from $10 - $30 for the evening.
As per California state law, all venues must stop serving alcohol at 2am, which means last call is typically around 1:30am.
Absolutely! For Birthdays, Bachelor, or Bachelorette parties: Once 5 people purchase full price tickets directly from our website, we are happy to issue the guest of honor a complimentary ticket! One member of the group would need to call or email our office to redeem the complimentary ticket. For birthday parties, to receive a complimentary ticket, birthdays must be within one week of the crawl. All discounts exclude major holiday weekends or special events. For groups of 10+ just looking to celebrate life, we are happy to offer group discounts as well. Please contact our office for details at Info@laepicclubcrawls.com.
For non-holiday weekends, full refunds will be given if requested 30 days prior to the event. If you contact us at least 72 hours prior to your event starting, we can offer you a credit in the amount you paid, towards future events.
No, all tickets must be purchased in advance. You may buy from our website or from any of our third party affiliates, however, our party hosts are not able to sell tickets at the door. Additionally, we often sell out, so highly suggest you book in advance.
Never! Your crawl ticket includes entry to all venues we visit!
For both our DTLA & Hollywood crawls, we walk. Not to worry...our lineups are designed so that all of our venues are very close to one another, so rather than waste time loading and unloading a cramped bus for a 2 minute ride, our professional party hosts chant, cheer, and walk with you to the next club.

Although we receive great drink specials, and occasionally some free drinks, be sure to bring some spending money for drinks if you plan on drinking. Remember nightlife runs on hospitality… hospitality workers survive off tips. Gratuity for your party hosts and bartenders is highly suggested and appreciated. We kindly suggest $5 - $10 for your party host, and $1-2 per drink for your bartenders.
Hard no! Although it is legal for recreational use for adults, it is not allowed inside any venues we visit. If security finds you in possession of Marijuana on their property, you will be kicked out for the day, and possibly receive a lifetime ban. All venues take possession of drugs very seriously, and have a zero-tolerance policy.
Yes, of course you can come solo! A crawl is an easy way to get social and meet new people to party with! We welcome all groups onto our crawls. You won't be the only one there on your own and it most definitely is not weird at all! Don't be shy, join us to partake in an epic experience of a lifetime! Epic Tip: tell the hosts you're by yourself and they will introduce you to everyone.
Upon arriving at each venue, your hosts will always let you know where and when to meet. Additionally, your hosts will do laps around each venue 10 minutes prior to our departure in an attempt to remind as many guests as possible.
Nope! If you purchased online, please be green and use your smartphone instead. We prefer to save paper and use the awesome technology available to us today! If you do not have a phone or a printer, as long as your ID matches the name on your ticket, we can look up your booking for you.
